Central air and heat, microwave, 2 TV's, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, DVD, CD Player, VCR, picnic tables on ground level, cabana shower with hot and cold water, great screened in porch overlooking Gulf! No smoking inside. Pet allowed with a nonrefundable $100 fee. Very well equipped home!
